Ladies and Gents who made an enquiry to Professional Pilot Training (PPT) with regard to pilot training in Australia thank you very much.

This is a short update on progress. In December 0f 2016 PPT was granted Australian Government Approval to Sponsor and train pilots under a new Visa approval. This new Visa approval is for a Class 407 Visa and this is administered by Professional Pilot Training, the Australian Civil Aviation Safety Authority and the Australian Department of Immigration and Boarder Protection.

This new Visa was only introduced in December 2016 and the Australian department of Immigration has not yet advised PPT how to process applicants, we expect clarification with 7 days. However, this visa application will not be administered By the Australian High Commission in PNG. PPT will manage all of the paperwork and assist.

It may appear that PPT has not responded to your application because we have been on Christmas holidays and each person will be contacted individually or by phone as PPT considers appropriate.
