Isabel studied a Bachelor of Information Technology and at Southern Cross University. She has held various positions in sales, marketing and multi-media and corporate database systems maintenance.

Isabel has worked on and off with Professional Pilot Training over the last 10 years offering technical support in database management systems and website design, development and maintenance.

For two years she trained to be the Compliance Officer for Professional Pilot Training (PPT) researching and learning the regulations and requirements with an experienced Professional Consultant about Registered Training Organisations (RTO) for Vocational Education Training (VET) and the Commonwealth Register of Institution for Overseas Students (CRICOS) sectors for the Aviation Industry.
